This domain is the umbrella entry point for a Cardano governance stack being built across this ecosystem. It exists to orient a visitor — researcher, voter, delegator, or observer — to the layers that already exist, the layers being built, and how they connect.

The governance stackガバナンス・スタック
A written framework arguing that Cardano's treasury should be treated as a connected, observable, participatory system rather than a disconnected pool of funds. CTF defines what reform-by-pluralism means and how a self-coherent governance stack should behave.

Daily and live snapshots of DRep registration, delegation movement, governance actions, and votes. Every export is reproducible from public Koios endpoints. Methodology is versioned and published. No editorial fields. Historical snapshots are archived under /data/snapshots/by-date/ with SHA-256 integrity hashes.

A planned deliberation surface running alongside on-chain voting. Current architectural direction: Ekklesia-style structured discussion, with Hydra-substrate scalability for high-frequency signaling. No implementation exists yet. The page at voting.asy.life describes the direction in detail and does not pretend the layer is live.

A future observatory layer dedicated to the Cardano treasury balance, treasury withdrawals, and the governance actions that enact them. Will source from Koios /totals and /proposal_list (filtered to TreasuryWithdrawals) endpoints, with the same reproducibility and archival discipline as the rest of the observatory. Methodology is being drafted; will be published before any code lands.

Direction of flow流れの方向
The order matters. Philosophy says what kind of governance is being built. Observability measures whether the system is actually behaving that way. Participation is how more people can take part. Build philosophy first, measurement second, participation third — reversing the order produces participation theater on top of unmeasured policy.
順番に意味があります。思想は「どんなガバナンスを作るのか」を語ります。観測は「システムが実際にそう振る舞っているか」を測ります。参加は「より多くの人がどう関わるか」です。先に思想、次に測定、最後に参加——順番をひっくり返すと、測られていない政策の上に「参加してる演技」が乗っかるだけになります。
